HOW TO MEASURE
TIPS: If your chest or waist falls between sizes, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit. All measurements listed in inches.
1 NECK Measure around the middle of your neck. For a comfortable fit, make sure the measuring tape is not too tight.
2 CHEST Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest. Make sure the take is close under your arms and flat across your back.
3 SLEEVE LENGTH Hold one arm down at your side with your elbow slightly bent. Measure from the center back of your neck, over your shoulder, and down your arm, stopping at the wrist bone. This is easiest if someone helps.
