Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns are bound to happen from time to time.  But we work hard to eliminate the chances.  Please read each product description carefully as we describe in as much detail as possible how each item fits.  We also love to have you call, text or email us with any additional product and sizing questions you may have ahead of time.  With these two processes we can reduce the number of returns ~ which saves everyone time and money.

Items may be returned for a Refund based on the following:

  • Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with tags ATTACHED.
  • Note all footwear must be in it's original box.  No labels or tape may be attached to the boot/shoe box.
  • No returns of earrings, swim wear or underwear due to hygiene reasons. 
  • All clearance sale items are non-returnable. 
  • Please let us know within 4 days of receipt of the item if there are any errors in your order or defects in merchandise. Sometimes mistakes just happen, but we promise to correct the problem right away!  Contact us at sales@bluecollarmercantile.com.
  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number.  Should you return an item after this time frame, we can not accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you. 
  • The only exception for the Return Postmark deadline is for Christmas Gift Orders that are placed during November 1st & December 24th.  Christmas Orders must be post marked returned by the 15th of January.
  • Please include the completed Return Form on the back of your packing slip, or print one HERE.
  • There is no need to notify us of your return(s) prior to sending them to us.

Due to order volume & the high risk of sellouts we ARE NOT ABLE TO process exchanges.  If you are needing a different size, we suggest promptly placing a new order for it before it sells out. Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded the cost of that item.

*We suggest adding tracking to your package, so you can verify delivery. You may ship your return via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Additional Notes:

  • Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at sales@bluecollarmercantile.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • We do not refund the original cost of shipping.
  • It is at the discretion of Blue Collar Mercantile to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.
  • All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit. You will be limited to 7 order returns, within a 90 day period (this does not include defective merchandise).
