ORDER FULFILLMENT

After you place an online order, you will receive an email that will contain your order information.

When our Fulfillment Center ships your item, you'll receive an email that informs you that your purchase is on its way and give you a tracking number.  Once your shipment is picked up by the carrier (either USPS or UPS), the responsibility for delivery is on them. Any problems with receiving your package must be presented to them, we have no control after we have completed our shipment of your order. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Blue Collar Mercantile strives to offer the best selection in the world. Occasionally, high demand causes a shortage of certain items. However, we are dedicated to offering one of the largest selections of products, so we add products to our site every day. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will cancel your order, refund your payment and contact you.

HOW TO ORDER

To place an order, click “Add to Cart” after selecting any product. You may be prompted to setup your account during the order process if you are a first time customer. To add an item to your order, select another item and click “Add to Cart.”

To change or cancel your order, simply click to the Shopping Cart and either delete items from your order by clicking on “Remove Items” or change the quantity on your order to zero (or any other quantity you want). Then “Update” your cart.

Orders designated for shipment will receive email notification(s) upon shipment.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SUBMIT MY ORDER?

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirmation. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Any order over $50 will ship free, all other orders will ship with calculated cost upon check-out. We'll notify you by email when your order ships and if any items are sold out or on back order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT'S SUBMITTED?

We're sorry, but we try to ship orders out immediately, which leaves little time for changing the order before it ships.  You can place the order for the correct item and return the item not needed following the directions on the back of your packing list or or you can print directions HERE.

Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Estimated delivery times for EU orders via UPS Worldwide are 5–10 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
